Voila! After I removed them from the oven, I let them sit for about 5 minutes before I ate one. It was delish!
To store them for the week, I packed each ‘muffin’ in a small Tupperware container and put it in the fridge. If time permits, I’ll eat it at home before I drive to the office. If not, then I’ll take one with me to the office, pop it in the microwave and enjoy it at my desk.
