Quick + Easy Breakfast Meals for On-the-go

We all know the old adage: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Well although its true, it’s not always easy to make time for a healthy breakfast. I’m guilty of skipping breakfast sometimes, yet I always notice the increase in my energy level when I make time for breakfast.

So I decided to try a simple and easy recipe for breakfast on-the-go. I found a recipe on Pinterest, but I simplified it even more to save time. The great thing about this recipe is it only took 5 steps in 30 minutes and I’ll have breakfast for the entire week!

What You Need

Large muffin tin

1 dozen organic eggs

Sharp shredded cheese

Pre-cooked bacon (I did this to save time)

Cooking spray

Step 1: Spray the muffin tins with cooking spray to prevent the eggs from sticking to the pan.
