Step 3: Add 2 eggs to each ‘muffin’. I scrambled the back row but left the front row unscrambled. I also add a little salt.
Step 4: Top with shredded cheese.
Step 5: Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When I took them out, the scrambled ones were more cooked than the unscrambled ones. So keep that in mind if you prefer your eggs to be drier.
