Refunds/Exchange Policy

Wigs are a very personal item. You can rest assured that your wig has never been worn or tried on by another person. For optimal customer service and hygienic reasons, all wigs are FINAL sale. No refunds and no exchanges.

For hair bundles, you can return within 7 days after delivery (based on delivery confirmation), for an exchange or store credit (no refunds). The bundle must be in original condition. Do not cut, color, wash, wet, style or alter the hair) and with original uncut ties and packaging.

Please contact us before sending your exchange. Any returns without prior contact will be denied because we need to note the return in our system. 

The eBook is a digital product and is therefore nonrefundable.

Wigs are custom made and take 7 days to process. Expect delivery within 10 business days.

Bundles process within 3-4 days. Expect delivery within a week.

All processing is done Monday -Friday only.
