We will focus on doing things that promote hair growth from the inside. That means we’ll start with our diet – what we eat. Growth starts from inside our body and a balanced diet with proper nutrition will leads to increased growth. Since most of us are probably slacking in the balanced diet department (I know I am), we’re going to supplement it with three things.
First, we’ll be taking vitamins. Regular vitamins are fine. No need to buy expensive hair vitamins (unless you want to, in which case be mindful of whether the vitamins cause your face to breakout). Next, we will add a protein shake to our diet. I don’t like mixing my own so I get the premade drinks. If you’re okay with mixing the protein powder then, go for it; you’ll save money with that option too. Lastly, we will add more protein to our diet. I’ve decided to eat more eggs for breakfast but you can pick any protein-rich food to eat daily. Here are the product I’ll be using for the challenge. Here’s a list of the product I’ll be using.
